Unfortunately, setting AdSchedule at AdGroup level is currently not supported
in the AdWords API. You may refer to this guide to see the available criteria
at Campaigns and AdGroup level.

Is it possible to set AdSchedule details like (dayOfWeek, startHour,
startMinute, endHour, endMinute) under AdGroups ? I am able to set it under
Campaign level.Wondering if we can do it same or any workaround for setting
it under AdGroups ?
