seasoned enough at this to know what it is referencing:

Dutch wheather: KNMI sells data, buienradar has free data.
It's hard finding correlations based on wheather data alone. You may want
to include some kind of calendar with public holidays, school holidays etc.
Suggestion: see if you can find historical traffic congestion data...
