An example of a simple report of a campaigns keyword performance?

Hi, Could anyone help me with an example, or push in the rigth direction for how to create a simple report for all of the keywords of a campaign. I pretty much just want to list out all of the keyword in a table, and then list the impressions, ctr, amount spent etc of each of those keywords.
