Api units info - always same values

Hi, When im retrieving TOTAL_USAGE_API_UNITS_PER_MONTH a always get * *18500 and* *for UNIT_COUNT always have 0. When i'm checking units left in WWW interface i can see them running out, as should it be. Only via api I get invalid data. It stopped working 2 weeks ago or sth like that What's
