Automatic placements report

Confusion using Placements report and Automatic placements report

Where it suppose to be shown if i download report from the API, at the Automatic Placements report or the Placements report? I'm confused because when im downloading Automatic Placement report i can view the field IsBidOnPath which suppose to tell me i there is manual bidding for it, bu
