So I've reformatted the XML a bit, limited it to just one operation, (for
testing), but now am getting BatchJobProcessingError.FILE_FORMAT_ERROR
(instead of an INPUT_FILE_CORRUPTION error), which implies that the
BatchJobService can now read the file fine, but does not like what's in it.

Hello,
Am using the Adwords SOAP XML API directly from a language not supported by
the client library, so am constructing the batch operations am sending by
hand.
When I am trying to send an operation to increase an ad group & product
group CPC bid, I am always getting
