I have found a solution, error.
By default, GetServicedAccountService returns IU_AND_API accounts.
When I set serviceTypes, I have got all accounts:
$selector->serviceTypes = array('UI_AND_API', 'API_ONLY', 'UNKNOWN');

What are the errors you are getting from the API? Can you post the
requestId from a request that demonstrates the problem?
