Thank you for reaching out. For "Include in conversions", you can set the
excludeFromBidding attribute if you're using AdWords API or the
include_in_conversions_metric if you're using Google Ads API.
For Value, you can set the defaultRevenueValue and the
alwaysUseDefaultRevenueValue
