ERROR_GETTING_RESPONSE_FROM_BACKEND is often the result of a timeout at our
end, so if you run smaller reports by filtering for a group of campaign
ids, then the error should get resolved. If you continue seeing the errors
despite cutting the report size, then let me know, I'll investig
