"Add to cart" or "Begin checkout" using Adwords API, it is not possible via
AdWords API. To solve this problem, you can use ConvevsionActionService with
conversionaction.category field in the Google Ads

i have noticed that Conversion Categories provided in Google UI are more
than the ones provided in API. Please clarify on how the mapping is done
between API and UI as we are trying to give the same options as in UI for
user to create conversion
