Hi guys!
While upgrading to v201607 I noticed that when I request
`CustomerService.getCustomers` without a `clientCustomerId` it returns:
`CLIENT_CUSTOMER_ID_IS_REQUIRED`
I was looking through the documentation and found something that stated the
error should not occur:

Looks like this was a temporary issue. Tried again just now and it's
working without any issues now. No longer able to reproduce the error, so
this post can be disregarded.
