You could use Criteria Performance Report

which
contains the CriteriaType field to differentiate Interest from UserList.
Audiences of type UserInterest do not
Well, if criteria contains "boomuserlist" -> user List
if criteria contains "uservertical" -> user Interest.
But is there a better way? I mean any report column?

of a specific criterion.
