for the suspended the issue for further investigation the customer id for
the suspended account that returned "Enabled" is 378-098-7595
this account was shown in the Google Ads UI as Suspended , Please find
attached a photo of Google Ads UI for this account .

1- there's an excpetion thrown upon calling a canceled customer account
