How to Find Keywords that Generated Calls in Call Only Ads and Call Extensions

Can someone point me in the right direction on how to retrieve the keyword that triggered the click for call only and call extensions? I have seen other posts including this one: https://groups.google.com/forum/m/#!topic/adwords-api/1sS-Ks5q9zE which is exactly what I'm trying to accomplish.
