You need to email adwordsapi-tok...@google.com specifying your account
details, and they will get back to you with steps to get the tokens
activated. The team is a bit loaded at the moment, so if you don't get a
response in a couple of days, just ping them for reply.

Our account has been suspended for almost 6 months now. We would like
to use these services however , we have had no response as to when we
shall recieve access to our API or even an explaniantoion as to why is
was shut off in the first place. I seems as though Google customer
service is very poo
