I want to know when every click and every conversion occurred time and place and which keyword was hit.

reports, click performance reports, geo location performance reports. In the click performance reports I can get the city and the country. I get a clickID which I can't convert into a keywordID. Is my task possible to accomplish? I want to know when every click and every conversion occurred
