We haven't seen any issues / higher than usual error rate. Normally, you
don't need to update a refresh token, only access tokens.

They were intermittent and we recovered after a few attempts. The error
was a failure to refresh our credential.
Are there any issues with the OAuth mechanism this morning? Should I grab
a new refresh token for good
