This issue has been fixed and you should no longer get back '--' (double
dash) values for the *QualityScore* field. Please rerun any reports that
you were unable to process earlier and post back here if you encounter any
issues.

We are seeing exactly the same issue, although it impacts more accounts
in our case. Our process is downloading stats in batches and we noticed
that every time we rerun the batch there are different accounts failing
with invalid quality score.
