It's not possible for our team to increase rate limits. Also, there isn't a
specific QPS rate limit associated with the UserDataService. A discussion about
dealing with rate limits can be found on this page.

As we know UserDataService has a rate limit 1 QPS (60 requests per 60
seconds) per developer token. Is it possible to increase the limits (for
example, to get a premium plan)?
