The Javadoc is correct; the amount of time to wait is 24 hours.
Unfortunately, the INVALID_CLICK error means that the click has been
removed from our system, and can no longer be processed, so you will not be
able to upload conversion data for that specific click. It looks like this
To add to this, on Monday February 3 we were receiving the
"TOO_RECENT_CLICK". This morning (February 4) the response is
INVALID_CLICK from the same request.
