For any keywordPlanCampaigns existing in your account, you should be able to
use the keyword_plan_campaign report to retrieve its details, including any
keyword_plan_campaign.geo_targets being used.
Let me know if this is what you
(I am using v8 of the PHP api client library).
Is it possible to load a keywordPlanCampaign when you only know the
keywordPlan, or when you create a keywordPlanCampaign, must you store it's
resource yourself so you can find it later.
Use case: establishing if a particular keywordPlan uses geoT
