Moving forward to your concern, for us to provide more accurate answer to your concern, could you please provide us a full screenshot of the UI where you can see the report that you wanted to fetch via API? Add to that, could you please tell us what call reporting are you referring too? In Google Ads API perspective, you may follow this guide to get the reports from UI using the API.
