No, there are no other APIs that support this ad type. However, there are no
immediate plans to sunset AdWords API. It will be at least a year after Google
Ads API reaches full feature parity.

Google Ads API. As mentioned in the migration guide here, this ad type is being
phased out and will not be supported.
