Could you try migrating to the Google Ads API, then use the ad_group_criterion,
filter the ad_group_criterion.type by 'KEYWORD' and include the
ad_group_criterion.effective_cpc_bid_micros?

The Money field is returned in micro currency units. For example, $1.23
will come back as 123 (1.23 x 1,000,000). Micro amounts always refer to
