That said, since UI views are generally outside of our API team's scope, I would recommend that you reach out instead to the Google Ads Product Support team, via this link, for further guidance on where the items from that UI section is originating from. In the Google Ads API perspective, and as per this guide, the listing groups feature should map to the product groups in the UI.
