You will need to create a PromotionFeedItem
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/CampaignExtensionSettingService.PromotionFeedItem>
object
and
use the CampaignExtensionSettingService.mutate()
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/CampaignExtensionSettingService#mutate>
to
create a campaign level feed item. You may refer to the code sample
available here
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/extension-settings#promotion_extensions>
in
different languages as a reference. Could you please take a look and let me
