"Its already been done right in the ad reports"
Its true, it even contains "keywordId" but oddly, does not contain the
criterion text. We could use the ad reports to match back the summary
figures with that of the adWords GUI, but then the results would be way
too large while being not too usef
This “keywordId” is wrong ! When you download ad report trying to get the
content keywords you get the ids of managed placements.
Or they need to fix the API or improve documentation.
I will open a separate question regarding the issue.
