I tried to replicate the issue on my end using the report definition and the
customer ID that you've provided. However, I generated an empty report because
of the 2 filters below:
CampaignId = 121969996681, AdGroupId = 121969996521
The
SELECT CampaignId, AdGroupId, Impressions, Query, Clicks, Conversions, CostFROM
SEARCH_QUERY_PERFORMANCE_REPORT
WHERE CampaignId = Cid, AdGroupId = Gid
DURING LAST_7_DAYS
Get Total click : 6

So our team can further investigate, could you share your customer ID and the
complete report definition in XML or AWQL form? You may also include any dates
that you have used.
