Thank you for the logs, you gave me a tough case! I reproduced your
discrepancy. The issue is that in the UI, the standard filter filters out all
Ad Groups that are removed. When I went into the "Ad Groups" screen and changed
the standard filter of Ad Group status of "Enabled, Paused"
