I see i am still not able to perform mutate operation on Video Campaigns
via API.

Unfortunately, we still have yet to receive information regarding its
availability. For now, please continue to follow our blog for updates. As a
workaround, you may check out this article to Create a Video campaign via
Google Ads

We are looking forward to integrate video ads creation through google api,

Hello,
Thanks for reaching out. Video campaign creation is not supported in the Ads
API. Updating is also not supported. However, video campaign reporting is
available in the API.
