Hi Michael, Thanks for reaching out. You can issue a MutateAdGroupCriteriaRequest to make changes to ad group criterion, such as product listing groups statuses. However, the Ads API documentation does not contain a code sample for implementing this in bulk. The closest sample is the AddShoppingProductListingGroupTree sample.
