When you say "upload conversations from source "Website"?", are you referring to the Website call conversions or the Website conversions of the Google Ads API or the Calls from websites of the AdWords API? As for the error you've encountered, can you share to us the complete logs below? If using the AdWords API complete SOAP logs (request and response with requestId) If using the Google Ads API complete logs (request and response with request-id) Please send the requested details via the Reply privately to author option.
