Could you clarify first the accounts that you want to link? I asked this because the ManagedCustomerService.mutateLink() is use to manage the links between Google Ads accounts, however, you are retrieving service link Id which ID of the link between Google Ads account and other type of account (e.g. merchant center account). With this, if you want to establish link between Google Ads account and other service account (e.g. merchant center account), then you can use the CustomerService.mutateServiceLinks(), then get its status using CustomerService.getServiceLinks(). Let me know if you still can't access the service link ID and provide the complete SOAP request and response logs together with the customer ID. You can provide it via Reply privately to author option. As additional information, you may refer to this guide to read more about linking Google Ads accounts.
