Hi Krishnadas, Thank you for reaching out. Video Campaigns are supported only in reports. This is why when you fetch data with CampaignService the Video Campaigns were not returned. You could try to fetch StartDate, EndDate and TotalAmount from CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT to get the start date, end date and budget of Video Campaigns using AdWords API.
