Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, there is no API endpoint that will 
allow you to link clients to the related section in google policies. This 
information is only listed in the related articles of the support document that 
you have provided. Currently, Google Ads API supports Policy Exemption Requests 
for requests that trigger policy violations. For policy violation-related 
errors, the ErrorDetails class will include details regarding those errors in 
policy_violation_details or policy_finding_details field, based on the types of 
objects you're trying to create.

If this is not what you are looking for, kindly elaborate and I will file a 
feature request on your behalf.
