If the user_List is Enabled it is returned, if it is Removed it's not returned Query: `SELECT user_list.name, user_list.resource_name, user_list.rule_based_user_list.expression_rule_user_list.rule.rule_type, user_list.rule_based_user_list.expression_rule_user_list.rule.rule_item_groups, user_l
