The CriterionID 123353796049 is of type *Custom Affinity* *Audience*. The
*Custom
Affinity* criteria is not supported by the API and you won't be able to
retrieve it via the AdGroupCriterionService. It will only show up in the
AD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT.

I tried using CampaignCriterionService. It does not return the criterion
for the criterion id 123353796049 either.
The CampaignId returned from the Ad Performance report is 282343249, and
the AdGroupIdId is 16945431769.

CampaignCriterion

instead
of an AdGroupCriterion

One of the rows returned from my AD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT has a
KeywordId/CriterionId (123353796049), which is linked to an Interest
Remarketing criterion. I found this from Adwords UI, under the Display
Network/Interests Remarketing tab.
I need to get the details/type of the criterion for
