Yes, you are correct. If you want to test certain features, you will need to
use a production account. To do so, you can run API calls with validateOnly set
to true to test using production accounts.

I've not understanded clearly.
We want to test MAXIMIZE_CONVERSIONS with campaign/etc. generated by the
API. and putting GlobalSiteTag, GoogleEventSnippet in out website.
I've read that test accounts don't serve impressions, so i must use a real
production account with real money to test all?

Test accounts can be used to test the API, however, you will need to sign up
for the API using a production manager account. Also note that test accounts
don't have real data so you will need to keep that in mind when testing. Here
