yesterday (in the US), the report started working again.

I just tested it and it is still broke. Now it has been down for at least 8
full days. This is a VERY SERIOUS issue to us, and I would assume anyone
who depends upon the URL Performance report working.
We really need this fixed.

I did the report change you mention (adding Domain field to the URL
performance report) and it did return a report without error, but in
looking at the report the URL field is now just the domain in all
cases. This is certainly not what we want.
