Greg, I did the report change you mention (adding Domain field to the URL performance report) and it did return a report without error, but in looking at the report the URL field is now just the domain in all cases. This is certainly not what we want. We need the full URL being returned

In using the URL performance report we are gathering performance data for each URL for impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost. All of the values per day look reasonable except for impressions, which look way low from the API report. Comparing them to AdWords finds differences like: AdWords

I am trying to transition my code from v13 to v201003. In my v13 code I can choose from many selectedColumns options however in v201003 I cannot select the same columns and makes it difficult to create the report I want. The link below has the columns that should be available (200+):
