I am getting INTERNAL_ERRORs for my Conversion Uploads even after waiting
for a long time (hours) between requests.
Can you help to check what may be wrong?

I got INTERNAL_ERRORs as a partial_failure_error, in ConversionUpload
requests.
It would seem that I got these errors in the requests following a request
with 502 503 error. (within 3 minutes)
In these cases (when I get a partial failure error) I don't do any
retry unlike 500 type e
