I just wondered why TargetingIdeaPage is no Page.
Like Page it has the method getTotalNumEntries(), only getPageType() is not
implemented for TargetingIdeaPage.
Is there a special reason for it? I have created an Iterator, that iterates
over Page results, unfortunately I cannot use it
