Yes! I needed it before, still need it now. The documentation says "There's
no need to implicitly include zero impression rows, so we've removed
{includeZeroImpressions : true}. Also, you can't get zero metric rows for
segments.

would be *very* helpful to have the option to return rows with zero metric
reporting.

I have a fairly simple python script that runs a query to get the
cost_micros, day, date for a given campaign.
It works fine but I've noticed that any days where no cost was accrued are
not included in the results - e.g. it will go from Jan 1st to Jan 3rd if
there was no spend on Jan 2nd. T
