Hi Bejan, Could you confirm if you are using one of the AdWords API client libraries, specifically the .NET client library? If yes, and if you are experiencing issue with the configuration, I would recommend that you get in touch with the .NET client library owners via this link

Hello, Please download the .NET client library from this location https://github.com/googleads/googleads-dotnet-lib/releases of the GitHub(e.g. adwords_dotnet_lib_v18.15.0.zip). The zip file contains binary distribution and examples. The dlls will be in the lib folder within the zip file.
