Hi, If the AdWords UI allows this, then API would allow this too. However, serving the ad will most likely be a problem; I suspect that if your daily budget is less than max bid, then AdWords won't serve your ads. You could ask on the product forum

let me clarify a bit As I have mentioned to you before, we are managing thousands campaigns at the same time. while we have quite sufficient budget for all, we do not have large amount for each campaign. And we might run into a scenario where the daily budget will be lower than the max bid

Hi Adwords API team, Is there a min daily budget policy I need to follow when using AdWords API to create and manage campaign. for example, if I set the daily budget of a campaign to be $0.10, Can I set my bid to be $0.2? If not, what would be your advice to work around this? My use case
