This could sometimes happen on a large report. Please re-try the request in
few minutes if you detect this issue.
We have release a new service to resolve this and many other v13 issues -
AdHoc reporting. Please consider migrating to it as soon as possible.

since a few days when requesting Reports on v13, the XML file
returned is truncated and not well-formed.
I'm observing this on multiple different customers and haven't maid
any modifications on my side.
