Hello, I am working on my company's Google Ads account and using the API to create new campaigns for our account but whenever I attempt to do that I get the following error: "ENABLED_IMPLICITLY_SHARED_BUDGETS_PER_CUSTOMER". I looked into it and from my understanding it suggests that we have 20,000 implicitly shared budgets and we cannot create any more. However, we only have a couple hundred campaigns.
I am not sure how or why I am getting that error and struggling to figure out a resolution. I would appreciate any and all help with this problem.
