5G/4G/26G cant really tell from the picture the equipment is too hard to
tell. Its small cell they are going up everywhere...

Well, they're small cell. If they're 5G or not you wouldn't really know without
a spectrum analyzer or closer analysis of the installed equipment.

Yes appears to be 5G which have integrated radio/antennas like what is
shown in your pic. 4G small cells typically still have antennas and radios
separate with pigtails between the two.
