The radio in question is an EPMP1000 pre GLONASS, Have not done any
on-site troubleshooting yet. i had the holdoff timer set to 1 week, so
it didn't cause me a problem until i rebooted it during the time that it
didn't have any satellites available. I saw the GPS satellites increase

My first guess would be a new site causing noise for your GPS. Are these
3KL? Did you add a puck/remove the puck? Assuming on boarding timing.
