Mikrotik LHGG with a LM960 card or EM12, etc, put it on the tower at each
site and use a $2/mo IOT sim, it will get cell signal if it's above the
trees, even from 50km away

I would assume you have inet access, toss up a good outdoor access point
and pretty much all cell phone providers support wifi calling.

I wonder what would happen if you put foil on the inside of the syncbox
everywhere except for a window for the GPS module?
Or just a sheet of metal in the direction of where you think the interference
is coming from.
And/or, put a parasitic antenna element above the GPS module on the outside.
Hi forest,
Yes we have rack injectors on site providing sync over power to the APs.
However, we always like to have two sync sources especially at this site
which is at 10,500 feet, gets an average of 400” of snow per year and is
difficult to access fall/winter/spring because of snow or mud.
What
Starlink Mobile?
How about a Wilson cell phone booster at the top of the towers. Those are
cheap and easy.
It would give you good service in the immediate vicinity of the tower.

Hey guys!
We have some towers that are waaay out in the boonies and often little or no
cell service. While working on the towers, sometimes the guys can't
communicate with the office.
Exploring options for using 2-way somehow. Maybe install repeaters on
strategic towers geographically to get
depends if it's 10g or 1g/10g right?
