No idea why it is better than free DHCP. Any recommendations?

Damn...it was 52° in house this morning before I turned on the heater...we
don't sleep with heater at night...it was 19° outside..
Good thing...our gas heater warms up house quick...
We have a small electric one in our bedroom but rarely gets used...

The local bank here told me fiber was worthless. Then 30 days later Live
Oak Bank gave me a loan for my first fiber neighborhood. This was late
2019.

This is what I got from my locator:
If it’s 10” of snow and ground is frozen, I stick it in the snow, and paint on
top of the snow… if it’s only about 3-4 inches, I will try to scoot snow with
my foot and paint the ground, you can kind of stick the flag in frozen ground
since it is a metal
